This book has had a profound impact on my life. It is the biography of an amazing man named Reese Howells written by Norman Grubb. I’ve read this book several times, and each time I’d make it through a chapter or two, I was overwhelmed by the faith Mr. Howells walked in. Because of his extraordinary acts of faith, God used him to impact people, cities & even the world.
Sometimes it’s easy to think, “Do my prayers really matter? Is God really hearing me?”. If you’re like me, when you read this book your faith in a God who listens and responds to prayer will be greatly strengthened.
There are only a few books that I can honestly say have changed my life. This is one of them. The Final Quest by Rick Joyner is a book filled with prophetic visions of the Church as well as the spiritual battle we’re all engaged in. I have probably read this book 4 times and each time I come away with a fresh perspective on my life as a member of Jesus’ Church. This is a must-read.
The Worship Warrior, by Chuck Pierce, is a book that helps to awaken a heightened intensity in worship. It focuses on how worship and spiritual warfare can collide as we ascend to God’s throne while we worship and descend with fresh power & anointing to engage in our spiritual battle.
